I love the commitment to sticking to the same floor tile throughout the whole house, i love the interplay between the cabinets/wardrobe colors and the tiles, however the bathroom tiles are a NO NO. The kitchen is so spacious but only had a four burner cooker space. I like the pastel wall colors but jot the pink in the master bedroom. This was good effort.

If you bought that piece of land @ 2 M ($20k), the total price for putting up such a property will be 5m (3m for the bungalow). And because i know you guys are in business, selling it at 5.5m to 6m is fair. For me, 7.8m is a little high. 1.8m naeza nunua motih nikue napack hapo nje.
