It reminds me of my great grandfather's house , he was the Pacha of Meknes in the 40's , a very large place and a very large family , the weddings used to last a whole week , and the kids of the family were raised by all women of the household , maids were considered as part of the family , a blessed era it was !

That’s a beautiful , special house and well decorated . Lots of traditional Moroccan people have very big house in major cities and in Marrakech more , it’s like little houses inside houses. Extended families live together. Like the father and his sons and their wives.,each has their own space. It’s quite commen among confortable families in Marrakech too. My mother grew up in house like that . in Marrakech in old town lots of traditional families have massive houses , we call them Riyads, others just very big beautiful houses . It’s typical of traditional Marrakech houses too.

The house is amazing indeed ! The tour inside it with Omar is intersting !
