West Hollywood, commonly referred to as WeHo, is a city in Los Angeles County, California, United States. Incorporated in 1984, it is home to the Sunset Strip. As of the 2010 U.S. Census, its population was 34,399. It is considered one of the most prominent gay villages in the United States. West Hollywood is bounded by the city of Beverly Hills on the west, and on the other sides by neighborhoods of the city of Los Angeles: Hollywood Hills in the north, Hollywood in the east, the Fairfax District on the southeast, and Beverly Grove on the southwest. The city's irregular boundary is featured in its logo; it was largely formed from the unincorporated Los Angeles County area that had not become part of the surrounding cities.
West Hollywood benefits from a very dense, compact urban form with small lots, mixed land use, and a walkable street grid. According to Walkscore, a website that ranks cities based on walkability, West Hollywood is the most walkable city in California with a Walkscore of 89. Commercial corridors include the nightlife and dining focused on the Sunset Strip, along Santa Monica Boulevard, and the Avenues of Art and Design along Robertson, Melrose, and Beverly Boulevard. Residential neighborhoods in West Hollywood include the Norma Triangle, West Hollywood North, West Hollywood West, West Hollywood East, and West Hollywood Heights, all of which are only a few blocks long or wide. Major intersecting streets typically provide amenities within walking distance of adjacent neighborhoods. Home prices range from half a million dollars to all the way up to 20 Million dollars! I love this house. Very clean everything, the kitchen's to die for and I really like how well they included so much natural light!! It's not so overwhelming like so many other houses, and everything is just so well thought out. Heck, I could see myself just living in the basement. lol Great job showing this great home guys!!

great video as usual. The light wood, white walls and black lines is a great friendly simple unpretentious style. The central staircase becomes a visual feature in that design language. Surprisingly effective. We tend to focus on the house architecture but I'm sketching my house and I've come to realize that vegetation design in the yard is a really important part of the impression of the house. As important as book matched marble if not more. btw maybe you can carry a laser measure to determine ceiling heights etc

Really liked the clerestory corner windows in the bathrooms. Nice to bring in natural light but still have privacy. Also nice to have the bedrooms on slightly different levels. The client really seemed to value privacy!

This is my favorite house you guys have toured since the Sherman Oaks home! My favorite part about the house is the washer and dryer hidden behind the basement bar; I thought it was a really cool way to use the space. The outdoor dining area is a little too tight for me and I think it would be cool for the master bedroom to have 2 closets and bathrooms. Overall, I really enjoyed this home and I can see myself living in a place like this one day! Thank you so much for your content!

The transition graphics between floors on this house, with that funky rock hip music accompaniment, it's great. This is an older video but you hopefully bring this back so we can more easily keep track of the floor you're on, this graphic stands out more, compared with you saying it in your script. Here I am in a wind swept London between downpours watching a beautiful home that has suggestions of Mondrian using hints of Shoji screens,very clever. Again love the detail,particularly when you tell us the brand of a plate storage system or a plug system or vent as in the kitchen,some of us are plagiarising these ideas for our homes,in my case a hovel.Modern architecture "seems"simple but the execution is horrendously hard,the architect and builders did a beautiful job on this home . Love these detail analysis rather like Caroline Choi,you are willing to take us to places in homes that we really need to know about if we were to be the buyer.These are things a buyer needs to see.Well done,so many others are more concerned about fluff not the reality.
