The pool skylights should have been in the entertainment area not in the gym. It's kind of hard to change that area into something else when the sauna is there. That garage is awesome. So many Hollywood Hills homes have a tiny garage.

One of the nicest property you have shown in your channel, I love all the details this home has to offer. I can't take my mind off that massive door that must weight a ton haha! I love the artwork on the wall, custom wall, the entertainment section below is definitely my favorite esp. The Movie Theather! One of nicest I've seen in this channel for sure & those seats look comfortable as well. Also the backyard & side yard really complimented the property! What a nice showcase! This home could be top5 mcclean project in my opinion. Night time tour of this home needed if possible 90k a month for lease Nearing 1814 doheny is also for lease 95k a month

Too much dark gray…..everywhere! The front pivot door is silly, and you need fountains in those water features to prevent stagnation. But, all is forgiven with that garage area….nice. Thanks!!

If there weren't so many party house airbnb in HH maybe it would be worth living there. Anything that's in Karen Bass jurisdiction is an issue with woke policies that are soft on crime. Move to OC crystal cove gated community to avoid this situation, and the dreaded "mansion tax". The fact that this house is available for short term rental must piss off the neighbors. You won't find any short term rental in crystal cove, pretty sure the HOA and the guard gated security team aren't having random cars and people showing up at all hours of the day.
