Wow, your hair in this makes you look 10 years younger! One of my all time favorite houses by the way, they showed it a lot a few years ago but they've never shown much of the red room before. I don't know what the big deal was if there's just a bed at the end. The hot yoga room looked more like what I'd expected!

The red room was actually tiny and lacked some proper equipment but in the end it depends on what you like. But if you are really into this then this room is underwhelming. -> Tantra chair ✅ -> round bed in front of mirror walls ✅ -> St. Andrews Cross ✅ -> real dungeon bed ❌ -> Shibari ceiling mounts ❌ -> spanking bench ❌ -> and a few other things missing ❌❌❌❌❌ Overall the home is a nice bachelors pad.

Cinematic Entrace video. This is a very nice. start. Iove the effect; The lighting & the beautiful nice car, the intricate details trully is a Master piece home. It is interesting to see Art pieces & sculptures that u will never see.. it is one of a kind. secret door room was interesting, i love the entertainment space with the cavana & pool area in the bottom was also a favorite of mine. I'm really impress & the tour was well done made, & the end montage is a nice ending of the video! Before raping up i just wanna say i just love the Movie Theather. If i could watch a movie, ill put on the Entire series of John wick movie, i just throw that into my comments...love this. Thank you as always!! ❤💯

This house was first shown 5-6 years ago on the Branden & Rayne Williams channel, then it was shown 3 years ago on the producer Michael channel, where it was hosted by Nile Niami, the owner of this house, who is behind the project of the house 'The One' and then it was evaluated at about $40 million and is still on the market and for sale. This tell us, that this house either has some flaws or is not attractive enough to find a new owner or is overpriced. P. S. My personal opinion, a lot of ridiculous sculptures thrown into the space (especially this 'stupid' gold giraffe in back of the house), too dark tones inside and outside the space, especially the floors in whole house and tiles in the bathrooms, it's simply a cold space and lot too small. The newly built $30 million house with nicely attached garage in Bel Air that you represented a 3 months ago, much better than this one.
