Hey Dico - Great video again!!! Luv the weather at the end of Sept. This home is at a great starting price. Luv that its right on a golf course and so close to Puerto Banus and the Aloha tennis club too. That pool is a great size and the deck space really adds to that indoor/outdoor Med lifestyle. It is very interesting, that all these houses more or less have a similar or exactly the same concept of construction style, layout of rooms, style of furnished interior and exterior, bathrooms, etc... but, the fact is that none of them have everything that a house should have. And, very little is given to the importance of the appearance of the kitchen, all of them are essentially very small with space and too simple, they do not have enough equipment and appliances, which a rich and well-equipped kitchen should have. The main kitchen should be at least 50 m2 to a maximum of 70 m2 and have an additional chef's kitchen of 35-40 m2 + a pantry of 20 m2 + a family tv room of 40-50 m2 within the main kitchen. Also, the gymnasiums are very small and poorly equipped. A home gymnasium should be a minimum of 100 m2 and a maximum of 300 m2. Then, I have not yet seen that there is a house in Marbella that has a garage for at least 10 cars + a gallery garage within the house where you can put at least 20 more cars, like a selected rich collection.

@@zimmer.estatesYes, because today many people spend time out of the home, but there are still people who like comfort and large space. A narrow and small space becomes claustrophobic over time.

Did the euro collapse over night ,I can't believe that house is on for 8 million ,no sea view, no garage, no elevator, but plenty over priced

Actually, to the contrary, the market is going up and The euro is showing strength against the US dollar and the property market is very buoyant and we’re getting great appreciation across the Costa del Sol, especially quality properties in quality prime locations. People are moving here from everywhere and it’s really on the radar, imagine California in the 1960s or 70s. This is the stage We are at right now. I’m a Californian selling real estate on the coast for 21 years and it’s never been better. Lots of Americans are coming in diversifying their property portfolios and also retiring here amongst all the other nationalities that want to enjoy this Paradise.
