I might be in the minority, I usually am, but I love this house and everything just the way it is. My own house now has every inch of wall space used for art. I like this vibe, I've seen this house before in another tour, and I haven't been able to forget it. The garage, with the vintage Rolls Royce, the incredible green garden, and of course the art collection. I would only replace the personal art, returning it to the owner, or to her museum in Isreal. I would love a tour by the owners before living here so I could do the story of the pieces in the home justice. I would feel warm, cozy, and enveloped in time and history here. It's not easy to visually overwhelm me with eclectic objects, but this home fascinates me with its abundance. I'm definitely the target person for this lush and special home. These landmarked homes are so spectacular, especially in a time when homes are becoming sterile, uninviting, and cold. Thanks for this cool glimpse at another way to live in NYC.

look at the google map reviews of commercial garages in NYC and tell us how you would feel about how your classic Rolls Royce would be treated by these savages. That house is hideous, since the car is inside the house and when you turn it on the fumes will fill the whole house. In addition to the obvious overpricing of the property, there is the inconsequential mix of Diogenes syndrome and maximalism, with the desire to fill every millimeter with something in a house that is already very small. There is such a quantity of things in that place that I don't know whether to call an antique collector or an EXORCIST. You can't take a shower without a haunted mask watching you.👹

I said the "same thing." You would definitely need an EXORCIST!!!

More is MORE! SO claustrophobic. Imagine the sellers having to empty that place if someone actually bought it.

It's not the sellers, it's the buyers! Everything in the house stays, including the Bentley. I can't believe someone actually lives there

I mean, the buyers would probably get a VERY nice payday for some of the historical items 👀

This is such a cool home!! Personally not my taste but I love that it is set apart by its character and art. I do love old and historic homes and the outdoor space is great for being in the city. I love this series

So it’s 28 million does that include all the art and if so, can I get a discount if I don’t want any of the art or masks?

The pottery with the head that is just one of the coolest art pieces I've ever seen

I share your taste in beautiful architecture, well done, looking forward to more like this one! 😊

Loved the outside, but as you said in a comment it would need a full reno, looks likes it’s stuck in the 70s and I won’t even mention the art, way too eclectic for my taste

I think my favorite is the backyard that room that looks out to the backyard and the rooftop. I think those are my favorite areas. The wet bars and the kitchen as well

I liked the house, but I feel like the art stuff was too much, I mean there was too much of it, I'm not a minimalist, but if I had that house I would keep it probably more classical and modest, also for a place like NYC I would probably have a steel gate or something in front the garage door for security
