It is a gorgeous house, but I will never understand why people think they need such big spaces to live in. i’d rather have a much smaller house and a lot more land.

I believe you! I’ve got family over there and I can’t believe what values look like over there. Most cases 50% or more higher values there. That beach must be worth it! 😂
