Why no Solar Power on the Free Rooftops! And on the sun roof there is no protection against falling down from the roof! This house is dangerous! I think there are other mistakes when inspection! Or construction defects! Why does the pulic kitchen have no double -sided refrigerator?

Good luck trying to sell this place for that amount when foreigners can’t own land in Thailand so you are going to be very limited to just the one percent of Thais unless a mug comes along.

When I look at the remaining construction defects and where savings were made, I assume that at least 6 to 8 million of the 19 million are profits!!! Now that's what I call a luxury rip-off.
