House location and grounds are wonderful but those interiors have a LONG way to go. Overall the design inside feels very harsh, cold and like something out of a tacky Vegas hotel.

That’s NOT a Beach 🏖….So not Beach front then …. They just slapped Concrete down on Rocky Dirt area.. 😂😂😂😂😂 Hilarious 🤣.. And called it a private beach thats why She isn’t Giving you a good look at it on Camera… The Nearest Beach is a half mile away , But to get to it its a Drive out of the Gated Community and around a 4 Mile drive just to get there. Its Not worth $18 million dollars.. If it was on the Beach in California then Yeah maybe….

Totally agree if this was the Bahamas or Hawaiian Islands then yes, Thailand isn’t Europe either which I’ve seen properties like this in Spain for less. The fact that foreigners can’t own land is another factor at play yet when they price these properties they can’t be taking this into account, it’s a massive gamble spending this amount of money in Thailand unless you’re a billionaire who can afford to lose this kind of money.
