great tour but horrible house and finish - leather walls?? OMG, by the River Trent which floods every year!!! surrounded by blocks of flats and no land to speak of - 1.9m good luck

Hi John, This house was commissioned by the original homeowners to reflect their own aspirations. We are all individuals and in many ways we all have our quirks so it's easy to see why the home stands out from the others in the area which are built decades earlier by the Council or by a Housebuilder. :)

Some nice features such as the horizontal fridge and freezer, and multiple outside spaces overlooking the river. Otherwise, not my cup of tea. ☕️
