Beautiful home! I love that Michael shared some of the technical details that he's proud of. These videos often don't include much of that, so more please! …also, love the material reuse!

Great, and wonderful to have you start this series. Beautiful home. Having architects/designers agree is more unusual than usual. Thanks for your investment in the future.

@@alexwitek1025since when are passive homes a real thing in the US? Has it become popular in the last 3 years or so?

Very nice! I love the openness and daylight you achieved in such a narrow space. How do you deal with kitchen smoke, odors, & airborne grease without an exhaust hood? Code let you omit that? And that stair with the hand-carved rail! Sweet!

Very interesting info esp about the water heating. Would love to learn more. Thank you for sharing. What type of tree is that in the kitchen area by the way?

Great video. Beautiful house, but I would love to lnow more about the process of insulating and making the house air tight. I own a very not air tight brownstone in BK.

What brand is that induction cooktop? It looks like it’s a slide in range, but I’ve never seen one designed like that. I love the way the glass sits over the countertop.

Finally found it, but they don't make this model anymore. For anyone else wondering, its the Samsung NE58K9560WS. The only other range I found with glass top able to sit over the counter top was a Bosch, but it wasn't as nice looking as this one. :(
