Ideea e, cât costă casa cu un minim de upgrade,cele necesare mă refer? 🤔 Pentru că,de obicei prețul urcă considerabil datorită upgrade-urilor,iar ceea ce oferă prețul de bază/de plecare, e penibil 🙈🤭

Buna, Alina! De obicei casele vin cu un standard upgrade , bucataria si baile vin asa cum le vezi in showhome( mai putin mobila , precum masa si scaunele) . Noi incercam sa aflam pe cat posibil pretul pt tot ceea ce se vede. In general costa in jur de £15.000-£20.000 in plus. Bineinteles ca am intalnit si case pentru care un fully upgrade ajungea in jur de £60.000.
