Touring around Songo Village(former British Colony) in Sierra Leone.

The Amukoo Channel was established to tell and show stories of beauty(nature&places), the less fortunate/privileged people, role models, and their inspiring stories, above all, the need to rise and take responsibility for our destiny through love, peace, equality and respect for all without prejudice and stereotypical tendencies.
In this video, Amukoo toured the upper section of Songo village and interacted with the people along. Songo is a former British Colony in Sierra Leone.

My grandad was a train driver back then and I can almost remember stories he passed down…..SONGO used to be a prosperous town…..a main train station…..Sierra Leone has got worse…it’s terrible…..

I'm from Songo Colony,when I was a young boy my mom used to take me and my brother for holidays. Big yard is our family compound. I've not been going to Songo because my mom who's dead now told me not to.
