I've seen a couple of your videos where you say there is wood flooring, especially in a bathroom. It may actually be tile that looks like wood. That is a big thing in Florida.

i know in our apartment it is wood! it doesn’t feel like tile. but who knows what it’s made out of lol it’s def not tile though

i think they’re so similar to be honest! both in great locations, both quite new. i don’t think you can go wrong with either - might just come down to the best deal!

@returntosophie Yea I'll be coming down, I might settle on Solay since there floor plan seems to be bigger for two bedrooms and only 300 more then the other place
