13:54 I believe that’s a gulper eel, thus why the mouth is so big. They eat fish, crustaceans and cephalopods. The bigger mouth enables them to eat bigger prey items. They tend to suck in the water around their prey so they can quickly swallow them whole. They’re very funny looking fellas

Jardon must not've seen the videos of divers removing large fish hooks from sharks mouths, and then being rewarded with the trust of cuddles, and puppy-like affection. The divers who do this will see sharks swimming in from miles away because they are recognized as trustworthy helpers that can remove uncomfortable objects from between their jaws and teeth. Don't even get me started on White Tips being "slumber party or bust!" cuddlers when they go to sleep. (The pics are adorable!) While it is important to give space to wild animals _at all times,_ it should be more out of respect than fear. Bears are cowards. Momma bears will kill you. Nature has duality. There can be trust with those who earn it through respect, and karma for those who don't. Take care not to voluntarily approach a shark just because you trust it to mind its own business; they don't always see so great, and might not realize you're not food.

THIS! Also the main reason sharks attack humans is because of overfishing. Most of their food source is gone, so they come in closer to land to look for food and mistake humans in wetsuits for seals. They don’t actually like eating humans, that’s why a lot of people who get attacked get one bite from a shark and then the shark realises and moves on. I live in Australia and every time there’s a shark attack everyone blames the “horrible man eating shark” when actually the stupid human decided to go surfing in the shark’s home and wondered why the shark mistook it for food! 🤡 the same thing happens with crocodiles here and it pisses me off.

I live in Georgia and they have so many fun things to do and it is just like this. it's also really close to The World of Coke museum and I live in the city where Coca-Cola was actually invented, Villa Rica and Villa Rica has a Gold museum that shows the history of the Gold Rush.
