Touring the Connecticut State Capitol, Hartford, Connecticut

Time for another state capitol building tour and review. This time I’m in Hartford, Connecticut to visit the capitol of the Nutmeg State. As you will see, the architecture of this building is like no other state capitol that I have been to, and to my surprise, I learn that it has some very interesting history and ties to the American Civil War that I was unaware of.
