Reptile Rapture is probably the best reptile store I've ever been to. They're expanding once again btw, according to their Instagram. Can't wait to go back. I got my kingsnake from there and he's the best.

I was here the other day and there savahanna monitors cb.are angels my guy ibought i have had for about atleast 4 months and he is the nicest thing i have ever meet,way nicer than my bearded dragon even and just sits on my shoulder and wene i reach in his tank he comes eight to me and crawls up me..not a mean or scared bone in his body...thanks .RR.

I got my Hog Island boa constrictor from Reptile Rapture! He's a pureblooded specimen as they have a breeding pair in their facility (which has become super hard to find lately, unfortunately) and he's just the most wonderful snake I've ever met. Incredibly gentle, amazing for handling and has never refused a meal! He just turned two years old about a week ago and his coloration just keeps getting better and better as he ages. I have no regrets purchasing from them and I will certainly be back for more in the future!

Ha! I just picked up my Tokay from there two weeks ago. I ordered online and had no idea what the store would be like. I was so amazed when I got there. I wish I could have gotten there earlier to spend more time just gawking. And then I stumbled on this video!

Awesome tour! You are right the rough necks would be choice too. I had a Nile monitor a long time ago that had been part of a drug bust as a confiscated animal. During the summer he lived outside in commercial veterinary dog kennel just as happy as could be ... bringing him in for the winter made us both miserable!😂😂😂 you can imagine why! I like your friend's philosophy on products and sales- a rare quality! Hope you are doing well and staying busy!🧡

You are busy putting up videos today. Love the green lizards and great seeing the dragons on red sand. So wonderful to see that he helps out and gives back to the community. That is such a rare find. Green iguanas are a big deal to me. Its horrible how they are tortured and now telling people to kill them in Florida. I do wish it was harder to obtain a large pet reptile. I don't believe they should be against the law to keep, but microchips and paperwork goes a long way towards responsible ownership. "Be the change you wish to see" is my personal favourite motto.

I was outside of a Grateful Dead show at RFK in 1990 when my RV generator caught on fire and burned the whole thing to the chassis in a matter of minutes. I had a wife, a cat, and a 4' female iguana with me. The cat got out with us, but we couldn't save the iguana. We found her in the debris and she was alive. A couple of her toes were singed and a section of her tail was badly burned. Some locals got us to a vet who treated her for free. He amputated two of her toes and the injured part of her tail. She lived for another decade.

I'm in central IN, Carmel area. PetSmart and Uncle Bill's is all I've found nearby for animal products, and I'm honestly not willing to spend money at either. Their reptile selection is crap anyway. I'm definitely willing to drive for good stuff though, especially for locally owned places!! I should have a photoshoot in Cincinnati sometime this year, maybe I'll take a detour

I'm from about an hour east of there, but I work in Anderson. I'd also recommend checking out the various Reptile expos at the fair grounds. Many reptile breeders and shops come from all around to sell their reptiles.
