Acme has the best customer service of any tool store. A few months ago I bought a brand new saw stop table saw and I like 100 miles away from the Duluth store. They delivered it for free and they accidentally left a manual behind they brought it the next day no questions asked and apologized. My favorite part about acme is me and my grandfather use alot of special wood tools some over 50 years old and their parts guys will not stop looking until they find the right part or one that'll work it's awesome what they'll do for their customers.

Thx for the vid Stan, very interesting & wish had an Acme Tool Store in my town.....would be a kid in candy store. Do like Acme Tools, when I order new tool; they get it out to me in about 3 days, & I’m in Florida 👍🏻 (sometimes it does take 4, it that’s still quick). The other great thing, I’ve never had 1 issue from them of packages arriving damaged. They do a great job at shipping stuff out & making sure they are packed tight & great within shipping box (it’s frustrating when a store ships a “tool” in the retail packaging that they just slapped a shipping label on...REALLY! Do they not know how carriers transport this stuff, not exactly “gentle”😅), Also appreciate the customer support/service from Acme. If something is wrong when you get your order, they WANT you to be happy & will make it so that you are. Great company to work with, & wish started working w/ them sooner; b/c think would have saved myself some headaches over the years....

I tried out the IQ dust-less concrete shop saw and it was AMAZING!! I work with cinder block and landscape block and usually use Stihl quick cut saw, but this was incredible. I cut capstones for a retaining wall for about 6 hours straight and no dust, or water needed, it all gets sucked into the pan under by its own downdraft. Just turn the filter knob every 20 mins (hour or more in my case) and it gathers all the super fine dust in the pan below.
