​@@tattianasalles3019city population was just 2000 residents in year 2013. Today it is + 30000. And there original plan was build a brand new city in middle of nowhere with a population of 100k. So its not empty by any means and it have been growing well compared to countles other failed new cities made in China. This city has a very good chance to succeed in its 100k population.
