You prob get confused just like others I've seen that do house tours, but those floors are not "herringbone", they're chevron! An easy way to differentiate between the two are if the joins create a straight line then it's chevron, if they create a zig zag then they're herringbone. I personally prefer cheveron as it gives it more of a sleek and clean look. Sick house tour nonetheless. You always feature such fantastic properties, can't wait for the next one! Do you know who makes that light fixture in the show kitchen? I loved that

Beautiful until you actually live there. It's literally a mall. You can go hang out at a mall, next to a hotel, and get the same experience at no cost unless you want to shop. And it would get old real quick living in such a cavernous echo filled "commercial lobby." It's also cold and soulless, no wonder rich people are so depressed and heartless all the time. Cheap house in a far more beautiful location, building it with his family, creating memories, happiness, that will last them for their whole lives. At 80 looking back on life's memories who do you think will be more satisfied with the life lived?

Great video farooq I’ll be honest though As much as I enjoy watching your videos of those type of mansions I’m always conflicted by the fact the owners of these mansions can solve world hunger by each giving a small piece of their enormous wealth. One example of wasted wealth was Elon musk buying twitter when $44,000,000,000 billion can solve world hunger. All these billionaires are only wealthy because they stole the labour value of others to get there. This is supported by the fact that to start from scratch it takes 32 years to earn 1 billion ethically Meanwhile more than 10% of the population doesn’t know where their next meal is coming from. Just a thought I’d like to share that’s all. Hope everyone else loves the video.

40,000 sq foot house, only 7 bedrooms should be 14, master bedroom to small and a safe room with no bathroom and you need that when your scared and nervous especially with children that safe room should have a hidden staircase to escape, sorry but a 40,000 sq ft NO for me
