Nice home for the chinese ambassador because it has all the space to accommodate his listeners and spies. In terms of quality, the home is overpriced. 85M for a house with a dated 1940s colonial ambience, no weather-stripping for exterior doors, no screens for the covered lanai, barebone metal windows with no casing... and a lot of open wasted spaces

I mean, with less than half of that money($250,000), I can buy an apartment in the Caribbean and get a new citizenship for my whole family with my investment. I am talking more about countries like St Lucia, St Kitts and Nevis, Dominica, Antigua and Barbuda, and Grenada. With that amount, I can get real estate and a Caribbean passport that gives better global mobility compared to our African passport
