Ouuu great question! From what I know of Mirembe when I went to do a tour, there’s still soooo much they have to still deliver that hasn’t been yet. It’s very organized there as well with many options for different price points . Pearl residences, everything is already done since it’s in the Serena grounds. So in terms of amenities, your renters aren’t waiting to enjoy, everything is there. Great location and amaaazing security. Nothing is happening to you there which is a huge relief not to worry about.

Kenya definitely has some great options as well. The market here will stabilize for sure . However the quality of these units is really great
