On the hill that can be seen from the north exit of Onomichi Station, there are many old houses that have stood since before the war, but there are also many vacant houses and ruins. This time I came to see the current situation. Some of the ruins were dangerous, but the reason why they were abandoned was because the owners had no intention of doing anything, or even if they wanted to sell them, it would be difficult to sell them (in narrow streets such as alleys). Reconstruction is not possible because the site is often not connected to a road under the Building Standards Act).
I also filmed the cats I sometimes come across.
This is a trip to Onomichi in Japan.
