For about $1M the place is very well laid out and airy. I’m not familiar with how good or bad of the neighborhood though.

It’s a beautiful community that is somewhat new to the area. All your amenities are close by your shopping your banking your pharmacy so there’s no need to use a car and the skytrain station is about two minutes away so you can get in and out of downtown Vancouver out to the valley with ease. 2:17? why would you not show the washer and dryer ? so the home appliances really have 1 year left on their warranty cause 2024 is over...for $800 K excluding taxes and fees...I NEED TO SEE THE WASHER DRYER...also his and hers Closets are a JOKE...and the living room is a JOKE......or the living "nook"...you cant film inside the gym..but you could film from outside the gym..atleast we could see it....the whole video is deceptive.....

@@iamkylemark yea its for suckers 🤡 and I would be mindful of the kind of responses I put out there to the public from an advertising point of view. A professional realtor would always come back with an effort to improve the video content...you never know who is behind a KZbin user name.....but you do sell lemons so.....

There are photos, 3D scans and a multitude of other marketing materials for all of these people you are labelling as clowns. I do not need to take any advice from someone who spews negativity but I do appreciate your comments in helping the algorithm and pushing my videos to more buyers. There are 2 bedroom units that are under 700 sqft. No need to buy it as it sold to beautiful new owners who just LOVE IT!!
