He is talking about GST , because on those old days gst not available , so bills for purchase is not important. But after gst, bills are important. So he has to handover all bills with gst to production manager. Because they have to file all bills for spendings to producer. Any one can understand , what is difficult in submitting original bills without commission.??.!!!! 😅

He has a deliberate ill mind towards govt especially central...gst is zero for vegitables, they get input credit for gst paid while purchasing any gst suffered product, petrol diesel prices are very stable for years together. Looks like has has been bitten by the dravidya bug. Poor man.
