The sea defence is called break water. The Black Star Square was erected by the first President Dr Kwame Nkrumah after independence in 1957.

It depends because prices has inflated recently. I spent about 350000 for 2.5 full days in Ghana (for 2 people). This was in January. This cost included Transportation fare, tourist attractions, feeding, souvenirs.
