Over the past 2 weeks we moved into a bigger apartment on the beach, explored a mountain with views of Hua Hin with plenty of cheeky monkeys, visited Pineapple valley golf course so Aaron could work on his golf swing, went on a tour of an animal rescue centre and explored the night life.
Please note that the elephants in the video were rescued from working in logging and tourism and now live on a large nature reserve. Whilst it looks like they were living in a fenced yard, this is just where they are fed before returning to the vast nature reserve. The visitors to the Wildlife Friends Foundation Thailand (WFFT) do not touch the elephants and the purpose of the tour is to educate visitors of the horrible conditions the elephants (and many other animals) once lived in and to spread the word to not support animal tourism (i.e. riding elephants or bathing them).
