No work visa in Azerbaijan. It's only attainable for Russians (USSR).there is no work visa for Indian, Pakistani,Nepali,Bengali etc...! Be aware of scammers!!!

No, not at all. Locals were nice to us and very helpful. But yes there were language issues. We used google translator.

Best way is to first convert the Indian rupees into USD from any local agency of your city. Then after landing in Baku convert the USD into Manat from the local shops. Avoid converting currencies from airport.
