Never bet against the Finns. Just one of life's simple rules. I'm a USA fan, but I wouldn't be surprised if Finland wins it all. They're stacked.

These are really interesting lines, really hope Laine is back to form and can play a big role on the team. Armia could be a great 4th line option. I am a huge fan of Annunen and think he’ll build on a big year last year so love his inclusion. Kind of surprise you have Ristolainen as a spare… but also kinda on board with it haha. So happy to hear from a Finn on this, thanks for your perspective!

@@CTCHockey I think it can be good to have teammates Aho-Teravainen, Rantanen-Lehkonen, Heiskanen-Lindell, Lundell-Loustarinen and maybe the golies Saros-Lankinen because it's a short tournament so you have to be able to adapt well together. I think Armia, Mikkola and Annunen should get a place in the squad and why not Pulhjärvi I think this as a Finn!

I appreciate you going through these international rosters. Watched all 4 of them. One point of feedback is that every line presentation starts with Cameron asking Nick to kick it off which gets a bit repetitive after a while. Also you speak in the reverse order from how your lines are listed in the video which threw me off a few times. Hope you get more views!

Rantanen and Barkov should be in different lines since they are the two players most capable of holding and protecting the puck.

I'm not sure Ristolainen is even going to make the roster, but I am 100% sure that if he does it will not be in the first pair. He has not played a single game for Finland since 2014 at the world juniors, and I'm pretty sure he isn't top 6 in anything regarding Finnish defensemen, maybe hits but idk. I don't like him. I hope Ristolainen and Korpisalo don't make the roster, but we'll see.

I completely agree with you, never been a Ristolainen fan. Think he makes the squad out of necessity however as the 7th dman at this point. You’ve inspired me to release updated team rosters so look out for those in community notes. Thanks for the comment!!

Why would you have Luostarinen as a C when they have Lundell and Halula there😂 it would be a no brainer in my opinion to have Lundell as the 4th line C with Luostarinen and Puljujärvi

Totally fair take, I figured I’d prefer the bigger, rangier player in Luostarinen as the center. However, that was before the playoffs when he deferred to the wing on a line with Lundell so I would have to fully agree with you at this point. As for Puljujarvi, I not as high on him personally but wouldn’t be shocked if he made it. Thanks for your opinion and comment!
