"Ahn uh-nothuh one bites the duss, oh why can i noh concuh luh- of" I watched a video on it. Half of it is just her flare and style. The other half is because you really only use vowels when you sing, so she doesn't close off words with consonants. Same goes for Ariana Grande. It's not so much a lack of diction as it is personal style and making singing easier. REALLY listen to either of them sing specific words. They pretty much just chain kill vowels.

Sia's voice is very hard to cover, as hers takes lots of training and patience to acheive and make her own style. Tove Lo's voice is just as amazing, but it was clearly difficult for her to cover for Sia's. 10/10 for her great effort!

Not comparing to anyone. After watching more live perfomances and couple shows, I think she's just another bad singer with success because of the looks or devil knows what. On the other hand, I like singers with weak voices as it brings more creativity out of them to sound good. Point is - I was amazed with the amount of compliments towards her voice. I'm seeing people saying tove and sia should do a song together? Lol, give me a break. Don't get me wrong tove did an awesome cover here, but tove is out of sia's league. Replay this but next time just listen, don't watch it. Doesn't come close. Sia is hands down the most unique singer I've ever heard. And this goes for every other cover I've heard with an unbiased pov. No one touches sia.

I'm probably in the minority here but I didn't like this. I love Tove Lo but I felt this song didn't suit her. It felt like she was trying to sing it as Sia and it was straining her voice. I would have loved to hear it Tove Lo style.

+Paulo Dias Well, they are 2 completely different singers. Each with their own strengths and weaknesses. I think when comparing singers, there are a lot of factors you have to consider (pitch, control, tone, breathing, diction, range, etc). I think too many people make the mistake of judging someone based on their vocal range and volume. I think Tove Lo has a nice and solid interpretation of this song. She wasn't trying to be Sia and stuck to a range she's comfortable with. As for the effects on her vocals. As a former, trained singer myself, there was nothing really used to affect her range. I think the key of this song is in her range.

This is just my opinion, but I honestly think that Tove Lo was far better at singing this song than Sia. Not saying Sia isn't​a fantastic singer, I simply think Tove Lo did an amazing job, she made it her own and really gave it all she had. Tove Lo in my mind has the most amazing voice I have ever heard, I spend a good part of each day listening to this song as well as a couple others over and over. I just can't get enough, I actually find myself impatient when I'm at work or doing something and I can't listen to Tove Lo. lol pathetic right? I find a lot of her music to be very relatable, there's nothing like coming home from a long night at work knowing I get to relax and unwind with a big bowl of yesca while listening to Tove Lo. #Epic
