I could see elevating the camper a few inches and making storage slides underneath. Adding a little bit larger water tank with outdoor shower, a fridge and cook top would be nice. I didn’t hear propane or how it was powered other than solar. Great quality that will outlast RV’s we are use to. LGB pricing shouldn’t be shocking to anyone right now. Awesome camper! What a god sent item for adventure people!! Likes: 1) website shows two sizes of tent for top 2) fits in a garage - spare beds for the sleepovers 3) built in solar is innovative Sort Of A Dislike: we are use to having refrig and stove at that price point, but on other hand I always liked having one cooler stocked with frozen items and thin slabs of ice and a cooler for drinks/cold cuts/cheese. We need more Euro engineered campers, RVs, vans here in USA. When you go to Denmark travel on down to Germany on high speed train, they have some stellar manufacturers of RVs
@barbaraweitz99062 жыл бұрын
Because I have sons who do outdoors extreme backpacking and camping in tents in remote areas, I'd say this unit is awesome. The 6-gallon water tank is a really nice perk, the good beds with AC and no bugs and in a safe space are really nice. The frig wouldn't work for most since there usually isn't power where they camp but some sort of Igloo or carry a lithium generator and have the Igloo and generator inside their trunk/truck. Okay...you get the idea. This a cool unit for the diehard camper who pees in the woods.

This is an extremely good quality unit with engineering to probably outdo most other Teardrop trailers. 42K is a lot of money and if that was converted to Australian dollars its going to be around 70K which would price it out of our market.. We actually bought one of these in December 2021. Seems like the communication between the Manufacturer and the dealer was off. We were told by the dealer there was a heater (not just ac) that could run off surepower. There was NOT. Only the European version could run off surepower. After about 2 months of back and forth we had to return the camper. Manufacturer did offer to install the diesel heater, but we did not want to have to haul diesel around with us. Real bummer for us!

@@kimdagnillo8246, the pricing on all RV’s has gotten ridiculous. I paid 10k for my Tag, with a full tent room, tv, awesome stereo, refrigerator/freezer, honestly it was awesome. I love it! I think you could pull that thing way off road and it’s going to still be in one piece. And I think that’s the idea. It’s durable, convenient, and very easy to pull. Three dislikes: no potty (not even a compostable), no fridge, no TV. I mean….those are basics for me.

I like the little thing. I like the quality of construction because you can see it’s well built. I like the tent option up top. I like that the inside has AC and heat options. Also bonus like of the Surge brake system. Dislike I didn’t see any lithium batteries described. It has a panel and says it’s got a battery but what’s the details? Kinda dislike the diesel heater is an option…maybe should be standard 🤷🏼♂️ Kinda dislike the hitch. Maybe needs a pintle hitch. Didn’t see mention of a hitch on the camper for a bike rack maybe 🤷🏼♂️

Matt, love your videos but I have to disagree with your first dislike. Coax is so rarely used that's not a big deal. In my humble opinion the biggest dislike is the fact that the trailer coupler isn't an articulating style. Most trailers in this class are setup with a Lock N Roll or similar. You nailed it though with the fridge being optional + way too small.

northern countries are known to be premium builders, the cars,the trailers,the campers and the boats they make are usually high quality and have very very good insulation, you can never go wrong with something you buy from them if it's new, for second hand campers or boats it's usually better to buy from southern countries because they have sunny weather and everything last longer( but on a build from those countries you don't have good insulation for the same reason), if you buy second hand it's better to buy a scandinavian/german build from a italian/greek/spanish,etc seller
