This was my first gut reaction too, but it doesn't make much sense in context to me. Towa mentioning that she'll send _her_ iinko's to Sio means it's something she already has or will procure makes it unlikely that a parakeet would elicit that those sort of reactions from the girls. It also definitely sounds like an いい to me, not an い. In any case, I definitely don't think I'm right either and I think only someone who regularly converses in Japanese can get the actually correct mondegreen here. But my focus was on the teasing and I like to believe that I conveyed it correctly.

0:41: Sio and Uruha are actually talking about 常識 here, but I pretty liberally translated it to have the conversation make more sense and succinct in english. 1:08: Iiko/いい子 (good kid/girl/etc) was misheard as iinko/いいん子. My best approximation of what these girls ran with for the teasing is unko/うんこ (poop). I went with pood because I'm lazy and unimaginative. In retrospect goop is probably better. 1:53: Sio actually speaks so goddamned fast here that I can't parse it at all. Captions are my best guess until someone better comes along and tells me how it is.
