@@paulmarwood4325 That's certainly the case. I suppose that lobbying the local council for the provision of a litter bin wouldn't do any good. Councils don't have any cash for people's needs anymore!

Very funny! I can't quite work out how to make it stop doing that. Got any ideas? To be honest, I'm usually to busy processing the road ahead to even look at my telephone. It usually only gets noticed by me when I start the editing process.

@MightyGuruYoghourt mr Yoghourt, i have no clue i guess its too horizontal so with regular shakes it does that. looking at the road ahead is the smart thing todo. i always try to be diligent rider but that one thing i still fail on ocasion.

People who throw litter on the ground have no self respect or respect for others. I've long since come to the conclusion that the human species is a blight on the planet and I wonder when we,by our own selfish actions be reduced to a numerical remnant,perhaps only then will we realise what we're truly capable of......

Most laybys are like this. Some are worse. It's just laziness. Put a bag in the car for any rubbish? Nah - just throw it out the window.

I am a litter picker volunteer in the Scottish Borders and the worst thing is HGV drivers who pee in bottles and dump them.Sometimes 30 bottles in a 100 yards.

@@IainGraham-k7v Righteous work, my friend. There's a layby near Coniston which I stop at from time to time to do a talking bit...I noticed today that someone had been clearing up litter. I'm going to visit the layby in the last film soon and do the same!

As a hgv driver & motorcycle rider I can assure you we don't all piss in bottles or leave rubbish in lay-bys,as I live in the lakes it's mostly tourists who don't give a toss about my beautiful part of the world.

It's a common problem. I've got some thoughts on why it happens and I'll be sharing them in tomorrow's video when I go to clean up that layby. I often stop off there to gaze at my beloved mountains, and that detritus just spoils the experience. Just got to Google the nearest recycling place now. Thanks for commenting.
