Congratulations sister, I also reverted to Islam at teenage years and experienced hardships, trails, tests and what not. Moved to America with my family, my family is Pakistani Christian. I remember in Pakistan used to hear Azaan every day and it was soothing, so peaceful; I had muslim female friends in school. I was so young but still remember that I used to talk to myself saying how can God have a son etc.. when you accept Islam then you will face so much with your family, it doesn’t stays the same. They won’t accept you being muslim. I mean my family does still talk but it’s just different. My advice to new muslims is that whatever it happens after you take Shahada, Be patient with everything, you will face tests, trials, hardships in life, don’t get sad because family & friends will leave you or won’t support you. ALLAH gave you the best gift of your life, Islam is the only truth and way of life ♥️ sorry I got emotional after watching the story. I have met so many reverted sisters and we can all relate to each other’s stories. Alhumdulillah I am a muslimah & proud of it ♥️
