My hair was breaking out but I used to over sponge a lot of KZbinrs are mis leading people saying sponge everyday that’s going to make your hair fall out I stg 😂. I had to cut my hair and get waves and let that sht grow back out I just moisturize it twist wit my hands and sponge it like once or twice week when it’s wet or got conditioner in it
