I would've dived into Power Hour had I not just gotten Daniel Sandler Watercolour Cheek in Berry. I LOVE Storm colour but personally think Cloud Paint formula is super meh so I've been forever looking for dupe. Kackie compared the two and I just had to snatch Berry up.
