TOWER 28 TINTED SUNSCREEN REVIEW | How does it compare to other tinted sunscreens & skin tints?!

Have you tried the tower 28 tinted sunscreen? What are your thoughts?

Another great review from you. I like the Tower 28 tinted sunscreen, however I will say that since everyone should apply a separate sunscreen underneath for full protection, the “tinted sunscreen” is a gimmick to me. I treated it as a skin tint rather than using it as my only sunscreen. I wish it is a bit more matte as I always prefer a semi matte or satin finish.

Thank you, I am glad you liked the review! 💚 I totally get what you are saying. I like layering spf products but it's not for everyone (I always layer underneath products even if they have SPF.) A lot of people don't wear sunscreen at all so anything with SPF is better than no SPF!

Great review! I’ll probably be checking this out closer to the spring and summer. I tend to gravitate to a natural/satin finish foundation for the cooler months, and skin tints and serums for the warmer months. I go for deeper, more opaque colors in the fall and have found that the finish and coverage of skin tints usually aren’t enough to carry that look; but in the summer I go for sheer washes of colors that look right at home with a skin tint.

How does it compare to the Ilia super serum skin tint?

I would say it’s similar! Def in texture but the tower 28 has more coverage I would say! Also the ilia is more on the dewy side (more like the Ami Cole) I love both but the shade options in the tower 28 are better in my option (undertone wise)
