Who the heck runs tsubasa meryl ruby? You are not only getting no frost resonance for the two ice weapons but you're forfeiting the flame resonance for ruby, like at least throw on king instead of tsubasa or huma instead of meryl so you get more damage.

Ruby was the first character released for Vera(The Map). There's no confirmed date when Vera will come out. Not only that, they already changed the banner schedule, by making Nemesis the first banner. So we really don't know who is coming in which order anymore.
