I'm enjoying ToF so far. The combat experience for me is very fun, despite it being a bit clunky at certain times. It's definitely something new, at least for me. ToF is very generous with the gacha system, altho black nucleus gacha has no pity but you can still get SSR from there (I luckily got one). One thing I don't really feel is the story/plot. It's a bit too generic, cliche, and predictable, but it's still bearable. But definitely a breather fom Genshin Impact :D I still like Genshin Impact more but I can't deny that ToF is addicting for me.

Having true free exploration and not having a bazilion of ascensions for each unit is making ToF my " go to" game to actually relax. Genshin is indeed much more polished and the lore looks more interesting, so i don't plan to completely abandon it, but launching Genshin after playing ToF , realising " oh shoot, can't do this because of the resin, can't do that because is the wrong time of the week, can't do that too because is 5 layers time gated puzzle that takes a frigging week" feels quite sharp contrast between a game that brags to be well made ( Genshin) and another that is trashed left and right ( ToF). Makes me wonder a lot.

story is usually cliche in MMORPGs. i actually dont mind about the story, Im not even sure if I would still be able to get back to genshin after playing ToF

@@RejectedInch actually so true. I just realized that I’ve been ToF a lot more than Genshin Impact for now. Mostly due to its hype and the company being so generous for now. But exactly! It’s a lot more relaxing than I expected. Another factor is I’m also going crazy because I can’t get a single good artifact after grinding in EOSF Domain for 3 weeks 💀 But yea, the exploration experience is amazing in ToF altho that jetpack cooldown tho…😭🥲 I really love collecting mounts too (coming from an ex-Aura Kingdom player). ToF is just a fine blend of anime MMORPG and Genshin with a bit of Honkai. 🙈

@@akemi9956 yeaa, I just realized that too. I expected way too much since I like to compare ToF with Genshin..but then again, ToF is an MMORPG and Genshin Impact isn’t so they prioritize different aspects of the game. Props to ToF tho 👍

Honestly, TOF has been a nice breath of fresh air after grinding genshin till ar 55. I got luckly and got the chracyer I wanted Samir as the 30 pull garuntee. I hope to get Nemesis before her banner goes away...

Climbing hack works on mobile, but I find swinging my claymore then single jump is easier on mobile. You don’t have to let go of the forward button with this method either.

100% agree with you on cybernetic arm, it's the best relic period, I've been putting all my shard boxes into it so now I've got it at 2 stars, so a charge in 15 seconds. it's also really great in world bosses since it can mostly auto target and cut down on running and save you some dodge charges

Man, exploration is key in this game, especially this early. I've gotten most of the SSRs I wanted in less than 100 wishes, all of them from exploration and non-story progression. I even managed to get the banner character separately with only 20 pulls. But I digress. Exploring and dungeons are where it's at in this game.

EDIT: Claire's dream machines, they drop at random from mini bosses and supply pods, give juicy rewards and they are all different challenges.OMG, how did you get the SSR relic? This aside, so far, i am having a lot of fun in ToF. Yes, there are glitches and bugs, but still feel like breathing fresh air to do so many things without being constantly blocked by resin * cough cough* . Thank you for the useful tips! PS: don't understimate the Black Nucleus. Chances for a SSR are super slim, but in the meantime you can get shitload of XP to unlock exploration achievements, energy batteries, dupes for SR units. Don't spend money on them, but grab as many as you can. ( got King yesterday).

The SR Relic box dosn't house the Cybernetic Arm anymore. BUT you can build one with 20 SR Shards they game gives you when earning the shard boxes from the Newcommer Event alon with a SSR weapon Box. ;)

Unfortunately, the wall jump inputs are too slow on mobile to be viable.... sadge... I got Crow, Samir, and Zero so far in the 80 gold pulls. The purple ones was all fodder. lol I've going to wait to see if I can farm another 80 gold before using the SSR Box. I need a Breaker that's not Ene and it's going to be King or Meryl if I don't get one from pulls. Good to know the merchant respawns a box per day as you can get purple gifts from him.

How do you know what the daily story EXP cap is? You didn’t really clarify what the limit is. How would a player know they are hitting the daily cap?

Everyday we have a maximum level cap until we reach level 70. Today the cap is at level 36 I believe. So if you're getting close to level 37 you should stop doing the main story quest and focus on world exploration. Tomorrow the cap will be raised to level 39.

The SR Relic Box is bugged for many players and they can not get the Arm from it. The 1$ purchase is a problem for many Europeans because they only take cc and no paypal. You can macro the climbing combo that how i do it. You still have to watch out if the wall is not straight. What i don't get on the asscension: Do you have to equip the Weapon or the Skin?

I wish the coop in genshin was like tof, it is the only thing annoying me in genshin as I want to play with my friends but we rather not. Puzzles just disappearing because they're meant to be solved by 1 person (doesn't happen in tof), domains taking much longer and there's literally no content we can't cheese in singleplayer. Sure the combat is very simple compared to tof but I don't mind it at all.

Depends on whether you want to do PVP or PVE. PVP you can get Meryl and make a pretty good combo with Homa/Meryl/Crow. PVE I'd say go for someone like Samir
