Try defeating an opponent with MK 11 Liu kang SP 2 and try to use Defensive Kameo bro, you'll understand the issue...

U need special 2 And u can use special 2 whit only this way U have to block exactly when ur enemy about use special attack and u know when they gonna because they glows
