Hello Zlata! Firstly, thank you for all the lessons you’ve put out here on your videos. I deeply appreciate every single one and your unwavering dedication to the craft. I’ve never truly owned my own violin, I merely borrow from my mates at the orchestra from time to time but I have always loved the music that a violin produces. Hey, awesome. This is my violin (well almost, mine's the entertainer). It's a great value and I'm so happy with it (until I get better...). Two issues with mine are that the fingerboard is a little crooked and the f-holes are not perfectly aligned, so setting the bridge position is tricky. Fiddlershop provides the option to upgrade to their carbon fiber bow and/or better strings at checkout. It's worth it. Also, Fiddlershop is great and their customer service is fantastic :)

I have started learning violin... almost7 months ago... you have inspired me a lot... I have learnt vibrato and lot of bowing techniques only because of you... Thankyou for inspiring us many ways.. i really need a violin cuz I m learning piano also.. couldn't afford to buy a quality instrument as I have to pay my teaching fees... if I get this violin it would be so helpful.. if I didn't also no problem congos in advance for those who win.. Hi Zlata Brouwer!! Its been a while watching your channel, it was amazing, great and fantastic. Here in my place, musician are rare here but then I was such a guy with enthusiastic in music especially in violin.. i have a violin, but i wish i could have another violin for my brother, he was eager too to play violin, so that I can share, teach and bond with my brother in my knowledge in violin. He will be so much glad if he had one.. and promise you he will treasure it... and the golden moments when im going to teach him everyday.. So nice. 😊 the way you teach is so good. And you know that even if i try to play the Violin the way it should be played the sound of my violin never goes right cuz as you said there are violin that is unplayable, and unpleasant to the ears just like mine. Everytime i practice i can see my father's face, just like enduring the sound/noise i make. 😓 maybe if i can afford to have a violin that is playable my father would not endure the unlovely noise that i produce. 😁 but if that Give away violin is not meant for me it's okay... Just Continue your Videos in teaching a violin and I would Love to watch your videos cuz i am learning. Love lots. ..💖

Thanks for the review. I read Gary's comment about the endless search. It was madness. I had to ask myself what I wanted at that time. I told myself that I wanted to know if I could physically play the violin. So one night after all the madness I was on eBay and got something under $200. I'm not saying it is the best violin, but it help get me going. I just needed to take that leap.

I have a Fiddlerman I paid a little over $400 for . I love it and practice everyday . How I do love the color of this tower strings lol. I love the older browns and walnut colors . On a more serious note I do plan on purchasing a life long violin / fiddle in six to eight months . I am learning Folk , Celtic along with some others that flats and minor scales play a big part . Would what this cause my needs to differ from a classical player ? Id love to get one from Italy , Germany or even Holland ! Very hard to do in America with a $1000-$1200 budget . Now some of the Chinese Instruments are $600 to well over $4000 .Maybe a future video on a violin in that price range From one of the places I mentioned ( If there is such a thing ) .

I am so confused about which violin to begin the wonderful world of violin that I am hoping that you will pick me for this Tower Strings Beginner Violin and stop my endless search! I have read too many reviews of the top beginner violins and looked at so many KZbin videos on choosing the "right" beginner violin. The "dos and don'ts" about choosing my first violin, care and handling your violin, but all I have done is get confused. Help me stop this madness! From your review, this looks like the right violin for me. Gary
