It's interesting how people see things differently. My hubby and I have stayed several nights on two occasions and are doing it again in 33 days. We love the space, especially the bathroom! If it's only the 2 of us traveling, I book the tower room at the 11 month window.

I've always enjoyed Paul's point of view throughout the shows and more participation from Amy is a nice addition. From Pete we get the diva perspective, from Jackie we get the always focus on the positive perspective and from Paul and Amy we get the pragmatic/low maintenance perspective. Nicely rounds it all out!

My wife and I stayed for a week during Christmas 2020 and we didn’t have much trouble with space and we set up a little Christmas tree next to the balcony door. We unpacked our clothes which fit in the drawers with no issue and put our suitcase in the closet. We tried to use every little bit of space possible. It was small but we made it comfortable. We’re new DVC members and millennials with no kids so the tower studio isn’t an issue for us. We do love BLT though and I think will buy points there soon (180-200 I hope!). Good review and insights guys!

Lol we stayed a week and we were fine. Go to Japan and come back and talk about confined spaces. The tower studio felt like a suite after two weeks in Japan. Only good for a couple of course but we loved it.

My wife and I have done multiple 5-6 day stays in these rooms. We love them and are perfect for our needs. Nice bathroom/shower and comfortable bed at the end of the day. We fell in love with the views as well! Great value for the points and will continue to use for our Epcot festival stays! Riviera owner and very happy with our purchase and these tower studios!

Longtime DVC owner and I travel a lot of business. While most Marriott or Hilton rooms are physically bigger by square feet, I would say this room is by far more functional space because you have a sleeping area when it’s pulled down that you can watch TV and during the day or in the evening if you wanted to you could have a couch and watch TV. That’s often a challenge in these extended thin classic hotels. For what it is, it seems like a nice blend. Thanks for showing it great detail. Until you get to the suites in classic hotels you don’t often have a couch that you can watch TV at. I would really like this room if I was traveling on my own.

Thank you as always Amy and Paul for doing this review! I looked into this suite for cash and it’s about 485.00/night!👸🏽 I am glad I saw this as I shall ask for the highest floor!

Great video - for the price point, I don't want to sleep on a bed I have to pull out of the wall. I know, as Amy said, it's a regular mattress - it's just that it doesn't scream luxury at me.

I stayed at Riviera for 5 nights at a deluxe studio and is amazing but I feel with the same points I will get a one bedroom at Animal kingdom or Saratoga. Tower studio with DVC points I firmly believe is a waste of points. For the same 2- days of points get an RCI room at Orlando. Checked out and you will be surprised

If you stay at the parks all day and don't plan on hanging around the resort room much, I can see this work for a short stay.

Old Key Key West is my home resort and I love it, but the studios don’t have a couch for you to watch TV easily. This room actually does. If you’d like to watch movies in the evening Is there might be an option over the other studios

Even when it’s just my husband and I we prefer a one bedroom. I can’t see us ever staying in the tower studio, especially at those points

It’s funny how people criticize the size. Yeah it’s small but I lived in an apartment that size for many years.

There are first floor studios and I was very unfortunate to be put in one in January of 2020. So the light from the lamps came right in past the blinds on the door (2 inch gap!) and people could see me even with the blinds on. Also, kids were walking directly onto my patio in the morning and someone could walk RIGHT up to my patio door from the walkway to the Sky Liner. It was a HUGE NO for me (especially traveling as a single woman for safety and privacy concerns). I had to insist on being moved to a higher room. Then I got a room with a shallow bath instead of the fab shower. The rooms are BRIGHT at night no matter what floor you are on. Even after moving floors I wasn’t a fan of the Tower Studios and ultimately chose to not purchase Riviera for DVC. I bought at Boardwalk. No regrets!

Also, I stayed there a whole week. Do not recommend that either. Weekend, max. Even solo it felt claustrophobic.

We stayed in the middle tower room on the 5th floor in April for 3 nights. In addition to your view, we could see the skyliner and HS. The room would’ve offered the best views of fireworks, had they been going on then. We found that as long as you use the available storage space, it can be comfy. We also preferred to put the bed up during the day, just to have a little more moving space. One thing you didn’t point out is that the ottoman tops can be flipped to make a table. This was a trip to see how well we’d like the room. Could we spend a week in the room? We could, but we’d prefer staying in a standard deluxe studio, which we will be doing for 4 nights on our next split stay trip (plus 4 nights at a Kidani SV studio). Thanks for the tip about the top floor lights. I’ll be requesting the 7th floor for this next stay.
