I recently read that the CRV of the same years of Element is rated at 3k or 3500 overseas not sure after reading so much info. Which would lead you to assume that the true capacity of the Element is twice as much as they have it rated here in America. I also think this is true due to how many people say they tow 3k in Elements with no problems. Now if you got into an accident that would be your biggest issue is dealing with insurance and lawyers due to going past the rated number. Thanks for the video God Bless
