Gail literally disassociated herself from the meeting the entire time. Either looking out the window passed madam mayor or covering her face away, it’s sending signals of not being personable or approachable for her voters in the constituency, I guess she’s finding it hard to be on camera but acting this way only draws attention, the opposite effect of what is intended, Gail, please interact, participate with discussion engage with public comment eye to eye, speak out if you know what Don is saying is wrong or russ is wrong, or at least look out to the audience and act as though you have an interest, you won’t draw attention to yourself acting like a petulant child that’s had a scolding from its parent and now won’t look at them because their mad.

The town hall meetings seem 98% improved, but it would be perfect if the troublemakers, Russ the Suss & Don the Con, would stop trying to gum up the gears and just resign already. Sorry to see that Gale is so removed now from the meetings. She didn’t say a word during the whole meeting except for acknowledging she was present at roll call. She even kept her face turned away from the cameras the entire meeting. So sad that this has become so difficult for her.

Glad you have armed assistance. Because this has gone too far. And there are definite concerns of safety. I also think it is good that the town has copies of the protective orders. The Christmas Party part of the meeting was nice to hear. It added fun to what was a surprising meeting. I have watched 3 versions of this meeting and something just occurred to me - has Don taken over for Russell in critiquing the wonderful job Belinda has done ? Here is why I question his " concerns" 1. Someone explained to him what a financial report was . And, kudos to them he ingested it enough to repeat it, I would say word by word. It appeared, he did this to try and show her up - i.e. saying a list of the bills and amounts which were adequate before are no longer appropriate financial information. 2. Also, while this was going on, Russell stayed completely quiet. He knows he can not question her or her abilities. Or there would be negative consequences for him.
