Very nice but for the minute living room which would be almost impossible to furnish and use efficiently. Otherwise, a lovely classic Italian townhouse in a settling worthy of any romantic movie location.

When you purchase a home in town that's built onto another one on one side or either side who guarantees at the house next door is not falling down and is going to affect your house?

Hi Stefanie, thank you for taking the time to comment. Preggio is a really sweet little village with wonderful views of the surrounding Umbrian countryside. In normal times there are a number of musical events there during the summer; classical concerts, open-air operas - it's a magical spot.
