Beautiful bright apartment with the most wonderful Herringbone wooden floor. The owners have had the apartment very well restored with the right mix of period features and modern necessities. I could see myself spending a lot of time cooking in that beautiful kitchen. But what on earth were the owners thinking when they designed the most awful bathroom in Florenz ??? But the city centre location quickly makes you forget that !

The apartment really does seem larger than stated. The location would be difficult to improve upon. Danilo is always such a great presenter, and I am constantly astounded by his grasp of English, which is a very difficult language to speak idiomatically. Wonderful presentation and property.

The decor and some of the furnishings are not to my taste, I would have to have a tub. I would gut that kitchen and start over. I do love the proportions and cathedral ceilings, along with the layout of the rooms, but the details are not to my liking. Thank you for another enjoyable tour.

As an interior designer I would design the kitchen a bit differently. The kitchen needs more bench space for food preparation...I like the commercial look of the kitchen...and the stainless steel cupboards and appliances. They're hygienic and easy to clean. A nice Fornasetti wallpaper would look awesome in there.

It's very plain. Ceilings are great. Floors are great. What happened to the rest of the character of the time period. Everything got stripped out and made into a white box. Not what I would want.
