Speak with your local council, they will be able to point you in the right direction depending on the owner. The other way is to find out the land's owner by pulling a copy of the ROWs title. A surveyor could help you identify the lot no. to get the title.

How would you interpret this: "Accepted development subject to requirements if on a lot with a road frontage of 25m or more." Would you consider a corner block with 16 m frontage on one road and 24 m frontage on the other road to have more than 25m?
