Some are cool and some are totally un-realistic.I believe when creating a town,It has to be realistically done by using all those town building materials provided..There must have excess road built for your population and vehicle's to move about in and around your town.. Not having a town, which has no proper excess roads.When there is no excess roads built?..it become a town that don't make sense. It look like some kiddo town,you know what I mean?..like those "Barbie-dolls" kiddo stuffs.

To be honest my town is literally small even tho I am on 37 because I send most of my tools for islands and expand the town horizontally not vertically cause less space to build such a beautiful one I don't get enough tools for this 😢 I need a layout plan for small space ..... Please suggest for small expanded town

How come this is level 35-40? Apiary is only build one first on level 35. I'm at level 43 and 2nd apiary hasn't been recommended for building. But here in design you have two apiary. The design is cool but logic is missing. Factories in water and houses & condos nearby train station?

First of all, when I did this layout I'm in higher level, so I didn't know about the number of farm and factories for that level.. for references I visited some of my friends town.. And secondly, there is no logic in game.. there is no error to place factories in water, or houses nearby train station.. the rest is upto you..🙂🙏
