I love that neighborhood. That is where I spent the majority of my life.

I love that this is unfurnished. That way, I can picture how I would design the rooms. This is really nice, it gives the buyer lots to work with.

Great property! This home has so many hidden gems, I love the simplicity and the luxury mixed together. The garage was the cheery on top!

Good vid of a nice home. The one thing that I think you should add, is a night time view of the property and views. It would allow for people to get a good view of what they're buying, so to say.

Thank you for the suggestion! Will try that out with another home in the future.

You can have the most amazing custom wine cellar, tasting room and lounge in the lower basement. Like a speakeasy back during Prohibition.

Bertazzoni Heritage stove...I want one soooo bad. Black is nice but they scratch easy, maybe in that orange/red colour, it reminds me of sunsets.

The kitchen was beautiful. I would have put it in the garden level, though.

That's a Bertazzoni Heritage 366 with a convection oven, it's not just an oven, it's an Italian work of art. If I had $15,000 lying around I'd have one and make it the centerpiece of my kitchen. Not black though, scratches too easily.

Bertazzoni 366 Heritage with gas burners & convection oven, Sub-Zero fridge Classic Series with double freezer drawers, Bosch dishwasher, silent & efficient, Whirlpool W/D, most reliable on the market. It's like they picked my brain for all the things on my appliance wish list. They missed the Gaggenau pizza oven.

So many old cars. Retro cars club nearby or movie making in progress on the street? Or it's just usual for Harlem?
@TownTours3 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your question & great guess! There was a movie being filmed on this street during the tour.

Formerly and famously the neighborhood of the African American elite from the 1910s-1930s, along with Sugar Hill.

if those ground level areas inside of these townhouses could have easily been constructed into full one bedroom apartments !! they could have increased the value of that property much higher !!!!
@ll7868 Жыл бұрын
The lower levels were originally for staff like housekeepers, cooks or nannies, they weren't meant to be rented out. A lot of modern conversions have them as separate suites and rent them for twice as much as they're worth, might as well pay a mortgage and buy, it's cheaper in the long run and on par with rents in New York. It's appealing for the homeowners but not so much for renters. Nobody drives rental cars, they buy them for the same reasons, rent is a scam.

A great opportunity to sublease....that was my thinking the entire time! Who needs all this space? It looks as if two apartments were purchased and made into one unit. ❤️
